The Co-Promotion Club: Referral Partner Summer Camp

Membership Terms of Use

Hey there, fellow small biz owner!

By purchasing a membership to Referral Partner Summer Camp (hereinafter the “Program”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Member”) enters an agreement with The Co-Promotion Club and Janna Carlson (“Bestie”) and agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview & Deliverables

The Program is a limited 1-month cohort. Bestie agrees to provide the content as promised on the Program checkout page, which includes:

  • A total of 8 group meetings (two per week)

  • Access to the session replay library (of Monday Crafting Group sessions) through August 15, 2026

  • Access to the Camper Directory through August 15, 2026

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The purpose of the Program is to create a structured space and provide guidance for Members to build meaningful business relationships. Bestie makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or the nature of relationships formed during the Program. The results of participation are, practically speaking, entirely dependent on the effort and engagement of the Members themselves. Member understands and agrees that no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Disclaimer

Bestie’s Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Member understands that Bestie will be providing specific services to Members and that Bestie’s obligations under this Agreement exist only for the 1-month duration of the Program. Bestie’s obligations will cease once the Program concludes at the end of the fifth month.

Member understands that Bestie is not providing one-on-one service on behalf of Member.

4. Code of Conduct

The Program is a collaborative, supportive space. Member agrees to treat fellow Members, guests, and Bestie with kindness and respect throughout the duration of the Program. Member further agrees to keep all information shared within the Program confidential, including but not limited to other Members' business details, strategies, and personal information, and will not share such information outside of the group.

Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other Members or to the integrity of the Program will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, soliciting other Members without permission, sharing confidential Program content publicly, or engaging in harassment of any kind. Bestie reserves the right to remove any Member who violates this Code of Conduct at Bestie's sole discretion. Upon removal, Member's access to sessions and the replay library will end immediately, and no refund will be issued.

5. Payment

In consideration of Member’s access to the Program, Member agrees to pay the fee listed on The Co-Promotion Club website corresponding to their selected payment option (lump sum or 2 monthly installments). The Program does not renew upon completion.

6. No Refunds or Transfers

Bestie has a strict no-refund policy on the Program. Once the Program begins, membership may not be transferred to anyone else. Member understands and agrees to this.

If, upon review, a Member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements for the Program, Member's enrollment will be canceled and Member will be refunded the full amount paid, less a $55.00 administrative fee. Bestie reserves the right to make eligibility determinations at Bestie's sole discretion. Member understands and agrees that the $55.00 administrative fee is non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted after the Program begins.

Minimum Enrollment Clause:

In the event that the Program does not meet its minimum enrollment requirements, Bestie reserves the right to cancel the Program prior to its start date. In such an event, all registered Members will be notified promptly and issued a full refund of any amounts paid. Bestie's liability in this circumstance is limited solely to the refund of amounts paid by Member.

8. No Master Resell Rights. No Personal Label Rights.

Master Resell Rights and Personal Label Rights are not available for this Program. Member understands that no rights of reproduction are transferred by this Agreement. Member agrees not to create any derivative works of the content found in the Program.

9. Intellectual Property

Bestie owns the rights to all content in the Program such as texts in the forms of guides, books, PDFs, explanations and the like, as well as other graphics, logos, images, downloads, and other like materials. Member’s participation in the Program does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Member. Bestie grants Member a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to any and all Program content. No texts or materials may be redistributed, copied, or used to create a derivative work without Bestie’s written consent.

10. Confidentiality

Any information or materials created by Bestie or other members are confidential. Member agrees not to share this information or materials with others.

11. Force Majeure

Bestie shall not be liable or responsible to Member, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Bestie including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
